Health and Welfare Benefits are provided
through the O.P.& C.M.I.A. Health and
Welfare Plan of Alberta. Benefits are available
to members who are working under the Alberta
and Saskatchewan Plasterer and Cement Mason
Construction Collective Agreements.
Following three hundred hours registered
in the union hall and being a member in
good standing, Local 222 will send a Benefit
package to members that commence on the
benefit plan. You are not eligible
for benefits if you are more than two months
behind on your monthly Union Dues.
We have provided the claims forms on this
site for your convenience. If you are unsure
as to whether or not you are covered on
the benefit plan, please contact
